Happy Father’s Day!

Happy Father’s Day to all of our clients and employees. It’s my hope that you were able to spend the weekend with your loved ones, enjoying your special day.

We’re lucky to have a lot of great, hardworking dads that work at CampaignHQ.

We also have worked for a few great, conservative dads as clients over the years.

Hope your day was great!

The Sincerest Form of Flattery

Happy Friday friends!

I hope you had another great week. As we close out this week, I thought I’d leave you with a fun clip from one of my favorite TV shows, The Office.

Dwight Schrute – survivalist, entrepreneur and expert in just about everything – how could you not love him?

Have a fun weekend!

Success at CampaignHQ

Have you ever wondered what it takes to be successful at CampaignHQ?

My hiring team recently put together some videos to really showcase what a potential employee could expect from working at CampaignHQ.

These employees did a great job outlining some of the characteristics we look for at CampaignHQ.

Our mission at CampaignHQ is to make sure our clients’ message is not just delivered, but that it’s truly heard. We find passionate people, like the ones you see in our videos, and train them to communicate our clients’ message.

…and they produce amazing results.

Let us know if we can get to work for you.

A Day Worth Remembering

Did you know, this year marks the 75th Anniversary of D-Day?

Nicole Schlinger D-day Normandy

In fact, June 6 marks the official start of the momentous occasion. According to the D-Day center,

“Each year, thousands of people descend on Normandy in France to pay homage to the soldiers, sailors and airmen who took part in D-Day, Operation Overlord and the Battle of Normandy. Veterans and their families, political figures, re-enactors, military vehicle enthusiasts and thousands of other men, women and children pay tribute to the those w

ho fought to liberate Europe and remember those who never returned.”

There is no doubt these heroes are worth remembering each and every day, but if you’re looking for events across the country (and world) to participate in, you can visit the official listing here.

A heartfelt thanks to all who have bravely served our country.

What I’m Into – Bags, Notebooks and Beto Fails

I thought I’d drop another “What I’m Into” on you today. I feel like today’s grouping is a good mix of me – handbags, notebooks, deep thinking and talking about Beto O’Rourke’s failures.

Let’s get to it!

Nicole Schlinger Betsey Johnson purse

If you know me at all, you know how much a fan I am of cool purses – most of the time they seem to revolve around Kate Spade bags, but this Betsey Johnson totally caught my eye. It looks like it was made for me, right?

Nicole Schlinger National Notebook Day Nicole Schlinger National Notebook Day 2

How did I not know that National Notebook Day is even a thing? My love of notebooks is well documented and I will certainly be adding this day to my calendar to fully celebrate it next year. As a sidenote, has anyone else noticed that now there is a special day for everything? How did that happen?

Nicole Schlinger #MeToo

This article outlines some of the unintended consequences of the #MeToo movement

Our latest research shows that men—particularly those in senior roles—are pulling back from interacting with women at work, depriving them of the formal and informal mentorship that can aid in networking, securing new opportunities, and promotions.  To learn more, we asked over 5,000 people about how their employer addresses sexual harassment and how safe they feel at work.

Finally, I am just going to leave this here. Thanks to Politico for their insightful piece titled, “Beto’s Long History of Failing Upward.”

What have you been into lately? Shoot me a note or leave a comment.

Employee Spotlight: Michille

It’s been awhile since I’ve shared some videos from our great employees. This is Michille. She’s worked at CampaignHQ for a year and she’s just a great member of our team.

Not only is she a hard worker, she’s dedicated and passionate about the causes we work for. I think you’ll be able to see right away why we’re the best call center in America – it’s because of employees like Michille.

You can check out other videos of employees over on my YouTube channel

To Better Serve Our Clients

Nicole Schlinger promotions

There is only one reason you should know about a new hire or a promotion at CampaignHQ.

If you trust your calls and texts to CampaignHQ, I promise these staff changes WILL make your life better!

Nicole Schlinger promotions

Ken Tracy, Senior Campaign Director – Fundraising

For the last three years, Ken has served as our Director of Operations. He has a deep understanding of what works on the phone. He knows who to call, when to call them, and what to say to move people to donate. If we make your fundraising calls, then Ken has worked on your projects behind the scenes. He has listened to, coached, and even made some of your calls! Now he will have the chance to work with you and share these insights directly.

Trevor Dodds, Director of Supervision

With Ken’s move to serving clients, his role in leading our Call Center Operations became open. And there was no better fit for this role than our very own Trevor Dodds. Trevor has been at CampaignHQ for nine years. He started on the phones and raised nearly half a million dollars before being promoted to trainer and then supervisor. Trevor’s growth and ability to influence as a leader has grown exponentially. In fact, he was named CHQ’s Supervisor of the Year in 2018.

At CampaignHQ we are a family. We are always working to develop and build each person up to their fullest potential. That’s why we always look to fill our open positions from within whenever possible.

Each time, it opens an opportunity for the next person who is ready, willing, and eager for the challenge.

At CampaignHQ, anything is possible.

Ready to get started? Give us a call.

Nicole Schlinger, President of Campaign Headquarters

Passionate. Persistent. Effective

I’ve said it a million times, CampaignHQ employees are the best. They’re committed conservatives, who work hard day in and day out for our clients, putting their all into each and every call.

It doesn’t take long for callers to accumulate some interesting stories about calls they’ve made. Check out Michele’s story.

No call center can provide the kind of passionate, persistent or effective callers that CampaignHQ has.

Fun Friday – What I’m Into Lately

We made it through another fun-filled week – congratulations!

For this Fun Friday post, I thought I’d share a quick look at a few things I’ve been into lately. I like to share a few of these from time to time – most seem to revolve around books, purses, ABC’s Shark Tank or politics. This list covers most of those bases.

Here’s what I’ve been into:

Nicole Schlinger America's First Daughter

Stop whatever you’re doing and read this book. You’re welcome.

Nicole Schlinger Shark Tank

A minor rant here – I cannot believe this. Shark Tank has jumped the shark. This is a legit business with 1. Actual Sales and 2. An owner who knew ALL of her numbers.

She has actually made money and had a plan for what to do with the investment. Kevin O’Leary even said, “you’re a good operator.” And YET … NO INVESTMENT! Lori Grenier said she “doesn’t like cookie dough.” Lies. She invested in “The Cookie Dough” bar on Season 5. Mark Cuban says he’s “worried about obesity.” Really? Does the snack bar at the Dallas Maverick’s arena only serve lettuce? Seriously.

<steps off soapbox>

Nicole Schlinger Julia Child

I’ve been thinking this myself lately, but Gretchen Rubin of course puts a much finer point on it. Thanks for saying what I was thinking. An updated take on TR’s Man in the Arena. You can always laugh at him (or her) … but you’re the one on the outside who did nothing and accomplished nothing.

Have a great weekend,

Martha Waffles and Nicole Schlinger at another event.
