I first heard Ted Cruz speak on a telephone townhall in 2013.
He said, “In conclusion, let me leave you with the following 9 points.” My immediate reaction was “There’s no way this guy is going to deliver 9 points.” Well … he did. And I was sold. This is Ted Cruz at his very best.
