Video Recap

We’ve been sharing the CampaignHQ story with you through video and I am hopeful that you enjoy the insight into our family here at CHQ and what our company means to us, the community and our clients.

Here is a recap of a few of the videos I’ve shared over the past few months. Keep an eye out for more to come. If there’s anything in particular you’d be interested in seeing, I’d love to hear it.

As always, thanks for watching,

Nicole

This is Dedication

I’ve always said the employees at CampaignHQ are talented, hard-working and committed to our clients.

The most recent example of this came a few weeks ago when one of our offices had an electrical issue and we were without lights.

This didn’t deter our employees or even slow them down. Instead, they busted out the glow sticks and kept cranking out the calls.

Nothing gets in our way – don’t you want to put that kind of persistence to work for you? Give us a call (888) 722-4704 to put us to work for you.

Thanks,

Nicole

Fun Friday – What’s Cooler Than Being Cool?

In case you haven’t heard, things in Iowa have been just a bit on the chilly side this winter.

So cold in fact, the local TV stations have been having a lot of fun with the weather report. Because, let’s be honest, reporting these kind of temperatures is probably no fun at all.

Here at CampaignHQ, we’re having a little fun and staying warm while continuing to make great calls for our clients. Did you know snuggling in blankets, drinking warm beverages and dialing all keeps you warm?

Our employees are even spending down time trying to keep our K9 friends warms by creating cozy sweaters. Won’t our Chief Canine Officer look extra cute in this lovely creation being worked on by one of our Oskaloosa callers?

How have you been staying warm this winter?

Thanks for checking in,

Nicole

A Great Opportunity

We recently promoted one of our Campaign Directors into a new position here at CampaignHQ … and as a result, we’re looking for a new Campaign Director!

The 2020 election cycle has already started for CampaignHQ. We’re pitching big name US Senate and Governor’s races, and a few Congressional races too. We’re up on the phones 6 days a week, including patch through calls, fundraising, texting and telephone townhalls.

Being a CHQ Campaign Director is a unique challenge. One day you might be writing scripts for patch through calls, the next day you’re working on financial projections, and the next you’re explaining to a campaign manager how to launch a text message fundraising program. You’ll have consultants and clients from all over the country depending on you to deliver on the CHQ promise.

We’re looking for someone who is a great communicator, has strong Excel skills, and wants to be on a winning team. You need to be both detail / process oriented, and also enjoy building strong relationships with our clients. Oh – and you need to enjoy learning new things. Some people think phones are a “stuffy old business.” We’re pioneering new and better ways to communicate, and that requires a willingness to learn, change, and improve.

Like the old saying goes, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”

Take a look at the following job description. If you think it’s calling out your name … and you’re the next great CHQ Campaign Director … send me an email or give me a call. Or if you know someone who would love this job – feel free to forward.

Contact me if you have any questions. Or if you’d rather ask Marlys Popma, our Senior Campaign Director, her email is marlys@chq.us.

It’s an exciting time to be a part of our team and we’d love to welcome you!

Thanks,

Nicole

I’m Not Mad About It

Not long ago, Politico Magazine published an interesting article titled, “The Hardest Glass Ceiling in Politics.”

It’s an interesting read, focused on Republican and Democratic women involved in politics. Throughout the article, a Republican female consultant from Iowa is quoted anonymously.

Given the context of the article, I felt the need to speak out that the person quoted in this article is NOT me. In fact, I lead a team of mostly men, and the women on my team are anything but tokens.

There are times when I am the only woman at the table, and that’s fine.

My clients are smart enough to want me at the table, so that’s where I’ll stay.

Looking for smart, capable people who are experts at winning campaigns? Give us a call 1-888-722-4704.

Thanks,

Nicole

Giving Back

I’m tremendously proud of the work the CampaignHQ team does for our clients. We have the most dedicated, hard working, talented and caring group of employees.

Our teams are constantly giving back to the communities which they live. One example of that came just before the Christmas holiday this year when our Oskaloosa location made a donation to the Stephen Memorial Animal Shelter.

In addition to the monetary gift, the callers also presented pet supplies. Needless to say, both employees and sweet Boomer (resident of the animal shelter) had a great day.

Thanks for reading!
